I Fitness journey started back in 2020. What motivated me most was being mindful and having mind and body connection with my body while getting curvy.My goal when I started was to lose fat and weight but my main focus shifted to losing fat and get in shape instead of caring too much about weight.my biggest struggle was food becasue I needed to eat more protein, healthy food and less carbs. Sleeping schedule was not right at first because of the hunger. Finally my body ADDAPTED  and everything became a lifestyle making me lose more than 2 inch on every part of my body. My most favorite part of working out is being active and confident the whole day after a good workout.

I started my fitness journey around 2019 when one of my friend mine told me that I needed a XXL size shirt for my student club and that hit me so hard that I started working out at 2 am. My greatest achievement is losing 40lb so far since I started. My biggest struggles were forcing myself to get up fix a healthy meal and workout. I was always lazy. My advice is to keep going, don't stop and always keep track of your progress to keep you getting motivated and my most favorite part is workout gets me away from all the stress and anxiety from life.
