Being in Fitness Industry for many years, it is very hard for me to stick to a good habit of staying in shape, sticking to a good diet, and trying to enjoy my workout programs, always ending up asking myself:
- Why are the workouts good at the beginning but why are they boring now?
- Why did I progress before but why did I stop now?
- How do I get Fun and consistent workouts at the same time?
The truth is after many years of research and studies in fitness industry I've learnt that when you ask yourself if your workout is benefiting your daily lifestyle, hobbies, goals, and if it doesn't. I am 100% sure that it is not the workout for you and that was when I finally learnt that personalized training programs are one of the most important ways to improve my lifestyle.
For example, because I love playing soccer, my workout program comparing to my sister who loves to do boxing are totally different. While some variables are similar in quickness and endurance but when you look at it carefully boxing is mainly focused on quickness, mostly on upper body and arms when soccer is focused on quickness of my lower body and core, just something to think about!
