Promoting Calisthenics in Myanmar particularly specialized in body weighting training) Mind body meditation and expressing myself through movements I started this job as a trainer motivated by my passion and eagerness to learn more about body weight movements. With each move, I was able to reach within myself more than expected which allowed me to see where my weakness and strengths and built my own body.
My Story
As a soccer player/ calisthenics Calisthenics freestyler, Animal Flow is one of the the key to learning about the connection between body and mind. I am NASM certified and Animal Flow L1 instructor who is currently progressing on several additional certifications like calisthenics, glute specialist and nutrition. In my perspective, all these qualifications doesn't improve you unless you genuinely care about your clients. True improvement comes when you are able to work through their fears and obstacles beside them.
The best moments come from earning their trust which is achieved through proper guidance on movements using cues and details. The ability to move with flow can be compared to flawlessly drifting cars on a race track. Even racing enthusiasts can confirm that the same techniques that applies to your body applies to the engine when drifting. Performing a dance of Animal flow can be perceived the same as sliding sideways on the track. Now, imagine not being able to tame your 800 horsepower car.
The same situation and consequences applies to the human body when a super jacked up body cannot move properly. A way to prevent is to always be a great learner from the people you admire. Take in what is useful for your body and eliminate the unnecessary. Slowly leap one step after another and keep going with the flow.
